The Video Inventory Agency was started by a couple of disgruntled landlords who were tired of arguing with their tenants over the condition of the property when the tenants came to leave. In a eureka moment, they decided to video the property in the hopes that this would make arguments with their tenants a thing of the past. The intrepid landlords then decided that maybe other landlords and letting agents could benefit from their amazing idea, and decided to offer video inventories on a national basis to other frazzled landlords and letting agents, and the idea has caught on! We now have agents all over the country and we offer extremely professional and impressive High Definition videos that are backed up with typed PDFs of the video’s audio footage. So you can now see the condition of your property as well as read about it.
We are now the preferred inventory partner of the Residential Landlord Association, and were a commended finalist in the Innovation category at the 2010 National Landlord and Letting awards.
