About us
The Video Inventory Agency was established by two landlords following the introduction of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme in 2007 who recognised the need to provide definitive inventory evidence to protect Landlord’s interests.
Our headquarters are in Altrincham, Cheshire and we operate nationally by way of trained and accredited inventory agents and franchisees.
Our aim is to provide an exceptionally quick and consistently high standard of service for our clients, and via the bespoke inventory software and digital recording equipment used by all our agents we can ensure our high standards are maintained.
In the unlikely event any video inventory should fall short of those standards we will grant a full refund.
The Video Inventory Agency is the official inventory provider for the Residential Landlords Association. |
