Our video inventories provide the equivalent of over 20,000 digital photographs, making sure that every part of your property is covered in the original property inventory. If there is any damage evident at the end of the tenancy, you will have the evidence you need to claim from the tenant, or resolve any disputes.
And although we provide a much more comprehensive service than a photographic inventory, owing to the highly efficient system we have developed over the last 2 years, we are still able to be extremely competitive on price.
Prices vary from region from region and are dependent on the number of rooms in the property to be inventoried, and also whether or not they are furnished.
We are the official inventory partner for the Residential Landlord's Assocation, and work for many letting agencies and private landlords throughout the UK. We are also the only national company offering video inventories for residential property.
